Some signage opportunities take years to come together. Frame Outdoor had long identified this brick facade as an ideal location for a large-scale wall sign, recognizing its visibility, scale, and long-term advertising potential.

After years of tracking the property and engaging ownership, a change in ownership created the right moment to revisit the opportunity. Frame Outdoor approached the new ownership team with a proposal for a massive wall sign that would transform an underutilized facade into one of the most prominent advertising assets in North Brooklyn.

At the same time, the building was undergoing facade work to repair displaced brick, creating a rare construction window to integrate the sign infrastructure directly into the wall. Frame Outdoor coordinated the anchoring and structural planning so the sign frame could be properly inset and supported as part of the facade work.

The result is one of the largest wall signs in North Brooklyn, built as a long-term signage solution that turns a previously overlooked brick wall into a high-value advertising platform.
