An existing billboard lease was already in place at this property, but the signage program was not capturing the site’s full potential. Frame Outdoor saw an opportunity to rethink the format, improve visibility, and create a more valuable advertising platform for both ownership and top-tier brands.
We redesigned and upgraded the sign layout, repositioning the property from a average billboard location into a stronger and pioneering media asset in this neighborhood. The scope included the full ground-up development of two new monopole signs, along with enhanced wall signage designed to create a cleaner, larger, and more impactful presence.
Frame Outdoor managed the process from concept through execution, coordinating everything from excavation, helical pile installation, structural planning, boring tests, roof coordination, and pole installation to final sign formatting and advertiser-ready delivery.
The result is a dramatically improved signage program that looks more intentional, performs at a higher level, and gives the property the “big and beautiful” presence demanded by the industry’s leading advertisers.
