Ownership was not originally planning for third-party advertising signage at this Bushwick development. Frame Outdoor identified the opportunity at a very early stage, while Storage Deluxe was still in the foundation phase and before the building’s signage potential had been fully considered.


After reviewing early renderings, we saw that the building’s scale, corner exposure, and location near the Morgan Avenue L train created a rare opportunity to deliver signage far beyond the typical ground-level advertising found in the area.


We coordinated directly with ownership, the project architects, structural engineers, and our in-house design team to incorporate the advertising signage infrastructure into the building’s plans. By getting involved early, we were able to design a wraparound signage program that maximized visibility while staying within allowable square footage limits and accommodating the required on-premise CubeSmart signage.


The result is a highly visible, graffiti-resistant wraparound advertising platform at each corner of the building, positioned in one of Bushwick’s most active creative and commercial corridors and built to attract some of the world’s leading advertisers.
