An empty parking lot can become much more than unused space. Frame Outdoor identified an opportunity to transform this lot into a bold, illuminated advertising platform with greater visibility and presence than a standard wall sign or conventional ground display.

Rather than installing a typical pole sign, Frame Outdoor designed a 14' x 48' ground sign supported by real structural infrastructure. The sign was built with a shallow foundation, steel I-beams, and a durable frame system capable of supporting a large-format illuminated display.

The project required more than hanging a banner or placing a simple sign at grade. It involved thoughtful site planning, structural coordination, foundation work, and careful execution to create a sign that felt permanent, intentional, and properly integrated into the property.

The result is a bold, illuminated ground sign that turns a parking lot into a stronger advertising asset, delivering scale, visibility, and impact beyond a typical ground-mounted sign.
